Abstract:In order to understand the anti-seismic performance of low-grade solid wall reinforced by HPFL (High Performance Ferrocement Laminate), we conduct horizontal low-cyclic load tests on a non-reinforced solid wall and 4 HPFL reinforced solid walls, and analyze their anti-seismic performance. The test result shows that the cracking load and ultimate load of solid wall after being reinforced by HPFL are significantly improved and so is its brittleness.
