| 摘 要： | 目前,我国数字海图的发行机制未能发挥数字海图高效、便捷的应用特点,与国际上发达国家的差距较大.为了改变现状,拟采用计算机软硬件结合的加密技术,对建立数字海图发行管理的新机制进行了研究,并设计了全新的可视化、智能化和集成化的理论模型.

| Abstract: | At the present time,between China and some developed countries,there are some enormous differences on the publishing and administrative mechanism for digital chart.The publishing mechanism in China(haven't) brought into play the character of high efficiency and convenience of digital chart. Aiming at improving all above,it discusses the building of new publishing and administrative mechanism for digital chart.A new academic model with visualized, intelligentized and integrative functions is developed by using computer encryption technique of both software and hardware. |
