广州市绿道功能感知的IPA评价与分析

运用重要性—实际表现分析模型(IPA),以广州市绿道功能评价为研究内容并结合问卷调查法,考察绿道的布局合理性以及民众的知晓性,以探讨出提高绿道使用率的相关改良途径。结果表明,使用者对广州绿道经济发展、休闲娱乐、美学功能给予较高肯定。但生态、社会管理方面存在的问题以及经济发展功能的过于强势,降低了使用者的满意度和期望值。社区交流功能和安全性建设是需要重点改进的方面。

GUANGZHOU GREENWAY FUNCTION PERCEPTION OF IPA ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS

The study takes function evaluation of Guangzhou greenway as reserch content by using questionnaire and adopting importance-performance analysis model(IPA)so as to investigate and study the rationality of the layout and citizen’s awareness of Guangzhou greenways to explore improvement measures for promoting and increasing the utilization rate of greenways.The results show that greenway users give higer evaluation on the functions of economic development,entertainment and aesthetics while feeling lower satisfaction and expectation for the ecological and social management problems as well as the economic function’s over-performed.Furthermore,community communicating function and security-building should be concentrated.
