Abstract:This paper deals with some organic geochemical aspects of typical superlarge/large deposits in China,including Lincang superlarge germanium deposit in Yunnan,Bai guoyuan black shale hosted silver vanadium deposit in Hubei and Carlin type gold deposits in Southwest Guizhou.Selected results are listed as following:(1)mineralized coal in Lincang superlarge germanium deposit is low maturity lignite containing corpohuminite,alginite and sclerotinite,more than 85% of Ge occurs organically.Ge mineralizing processes involved weathering,gelatification and early diagensis;sufficient source and strong gelatification were favorable factors to formation of superlarge Ge deposit.(2)Baiguoyuan black shale hosted Ag V deposit formed in euxinic marine environment;Ag occurs mainly in isomorphism (46.73%),in minerals (28.85%),and partly occurs organically(23.27%);V occurs in isomorphism (97.41%)in illite and barite,Ag is of sedimentation-diagenesis-transformation origin while V is of sedimentation-diagenesis origin.(3)Crude oil transported gold as carrier of Au and took part in Au precipitation by TSR;solid organic matter is classified into original maceral and exogenous pyrobitumen,ore forming fluid contains abundant gaseous hydrocarbon.
