| 摘 要： | 从旅游房地产的概念界定入手,阐述深圳旅游房地产的发展过程,并以深圳观澜豪园为例,对深圳旅游房地产发展的可行性与制约性因素进行分析,进一步探讨以观澜豪园为例的深圳旅游房地产发展的宏观及微观影响因素,总结出现今深圳旅游房地产发展存在的问题,最后对深圳旅游房地产的特点和发展前景进行了讨论.
