| 摘 要： | 以1983－1997年黑龙江省6个地（市）24个市（县）的20项农业引进国外智力项目（简称引智项目）试验和推广实施地调查数据为基础，提出农业引智项目经济效益评价数学模型，并在微机上建立了引智项目经济效益价业的20项农业引智项目的经济效益和全省综合经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper bring forward the maths model about Economic Benefit Evaluation of Intelligence Project Introduced From Abroad,wich based on the experimentation and popularization on the spot investigation data of twenty Intelligence Projects Introduced From Abroad include six towns-twenty four county from 1993 to 1997 in Heilongjiang province,and we build the operation system of Economic Benefit Evaluation of Intelligence Projects Introduced From Abroad on computer.We calculate twenty of the Projects of the six towns all provincial Economic Benefit quantificationally and impersonally by this soft. |
