胜利海上输油管线内防腐防垢的应用研究

摘    要:首次对海上埕岛油田不同层井采出水井行腐蚀性研究,测试腐蚀速度,探讨腐蚀机理及孔蚀趋势,同时对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)造成的 蚀以及其代谢产物硫化物对金属表面的腐蚀进行了探讨,对缓蚀剂进行了筛选;还根据各层层系统采出水中的离子成分、垢物的形态等化学成分筛选出了防垢剂;结合海上特点选用晶体显微观察法、称重法优化磁参数,解决了海上油田地面流程的结垢难题。

Abstract:In this paper, following aspects on Chengdao Oil Field are studied: water corrosiveness and corroside speed from different layers of the Field; corrosive mechanism and trend; point corrosion owing to sulphate reducting bacterium; corrosion on metal face of sulphide from metabolite and choice of antiseptic. And choice of antidirty based on the chemical composition of ion composition and dirty pattern of water layer system; choices of crystal microscopy observation method, optimum of magnetic parameters in weighting method. The dirty problem in ground process for sea oil field can be solved.
