| 摘 要： | 农村建设用地调查是农村土地制度改革的基础。针对江苏省农村建设用地调查技术设计存在的问题,本文通过方法验证、数据对比和需求分析等方式,确定了地籍调查技术方法、地类细化认定标准、地类调查上图标准、建设用地利用状况调查单元、类型和指标,形成了江苏省农村建设用地调查技术方案,并在5个试点村进行了实践应用。

| Abstract: | Rural construction land investigation is the basis of rural land system reform.Aiming at the problems of technical design of rural construction land investigation in Jiangsu,through methods validation,data comparison and requirements analysis,the cadastral survey technical methods,the standard of land classification,the survey standard of land investigation,the investigation unit and index of construction land utilization were determined.Based on these,the technical scheme of rural construction land investigation in Jiangsu was formed and applied in five pilot villages. |
