| 摘 要： | 为确保土地违法用地案件早发现、早制止、早报告,本文利用ESRI公司开发的ArcGIS9.3.1软件为地理信息数据管理平台,结合GIS、RS和GPS技术,建立土地执法监察辅助应用系统,形成土地执法监察新机制,帮助土地执法监察工作人员快速准确发现疑似违法用地的位置,方便数据统计和上报。

| Abstract: | An aided information system of land law enforcement supervision is developed using the platform ArcGIS 9.3.1 of ESRI Corporation,to ensure the discovering,preventing,and reporting of land illegal use in time.The system adopts several spatial information technologies such as GIS,RS,and GPS.The system can help to form a new mechanism of land law enforcement supervision and to discover the location of suspected illegal use of land quickly and accurately.Therefore,the statistics and reporting of land use illegal cases are convenient with the help of the proposed system. |
