| 摘 要： | 为了进一步提取三叉仙菜(Ceramium rubrum)生物活性成分的化学物质,对其进行了较为系统的化学成分研究。从三叉仙菜的乙醇提取物中,运用硅胶柱色谱和SephadexLH20凝胶柱色谱层析分离得到4个化合物,经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS波谱分析,确定其结构分别为(1)3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-hexadec-2-en-1-ol;(2)cholest-5-en-3-βol;(3)3-palmitoyloxy-propane-1,2-diol;(4)adenosine,这4个化合物均为首次从该科植物中分离得到。 |
