中国北方农牧交错沙漠化地区农业发展战略问题的研究(摘要)

近年来我国北方沙漠化的发展已经涉及到10个省(区)共212个县旗和3500万人口,是一个值得十分重观的国土整治问题。尤其是在半干旱地带的东起嫩江下游西至宁夏东南的农牧交错区,沙漠化问题更为严重。

A Study on Strategy of the Development of Agriculture of Desertified Lands in the Interlacing Pastoral-Agricultural in North China

The development of desertification in North China has been concerning the living environment of million of population in 212 conties of provinces(autonomous regions).This is an urgent problem in land reclamation remain to be solved. In this paper.based on the environmental features of the semi-arid areas mentioned above and the degree of diffculty in harnessing the desertified land, these reas were divided into three types, i. e.easily restorable area, moderately re-storable area and difficult restorable area. Four concrete measures are recommended:1. To regulate the proportion of land use and intensively manage the land with better moisture condition. 2. To develop forage-growing, popularize the system of indoor or half-indoor-feeding of livestock, in which the grazing of animals on rangelands is combined with feedlot fattening, so an appropriate part of land for forage and grain-growing is needed. 3. To recover the vegetation and rehabilitate the desertified land that has lost its potential productivity. 4. To control effectively the poulation birth rate.
