| Abstract: | The implementation of a hybrid finite element-boundary element analysis for unbounded problems is discussed. The computer programs of the hybrid method are developed. A comparison is then made between the finite element, hybrid method and theoretical solution as applied to unbounded problems in elasticity and plasticity. |
