湖南省雷电灾害易损性分析及区划

摘    要:为了对各地防雷减灾工作提供比较科学的理论指导,利用2002-2008年湖南省14个市的雷电灾害统计资料,结合湖南省各市的经济发展状况和人口密度特征,引用雷击密度、雷电灾害频度、生命易损模数以及经济易损模数作为各市雷电灾害易损性评估指标,得出各市综合易损性指标,最后形成湖南省雷电灾害易损度区划。结果表明:某一地区雷击灾害的发生以及其造成的损失不仅与该地区所处的地理位置、气候环境有关,也与该地的人口密度、经济发展有关。

Abstract:In order to make a reasonable management for lightning protection and disaster reduction,according to the number of annual average thunder-day of 14 cities and the data of lightning disaster form 2002 to 2008 were collected in Hunan,vulnerability analysis and zoning of lightning disaster are made.Hunan vulnerability of lightning disaster reflects the sensitivity of 14 cites when lightning disaster occurs.So,Hunan vulnerability analysis is positively correlated with climate conditions,soil environment,econom...
