生态价值区新增建设用地动态监测体系建立及分析

生态价值区新增建设用地动态监测是城市生态管理的重要工作,选取东莞全市市内具有一定生态价值的区域作为研究对象,即涉及生态控制线范围及生态控制线外具有一定规模的水域、山体等生态资源区域,制定了相应的监测标准,建立了人工与自动、动态与静态、内业和外业相结合的监测方法体系。并以前后两期监测结果为例,从空间分布、用地类型及外业核查案例等方面进行了评价。该成果转变了传统的依赖耗时耗力耗财的人工巡查方式,又可作为涉嫌违规用地及时查处的方法参考,促进城市生态资源的有效保护。

Establishing Dynamic Monitoring System to Identify and Analyze the Incremenatal Construction Land in the Ecological Value Area

Monitoring the new incremental construction land is the important part in urban management. A set of criteria and one system are established to identify efficiently the incremental construction land. According to the monitoring results in two periods, the study evaluated the spatial distribution and land use structure. The monitoring method by using remote sensing technoogy changed the conventional way to investigate the incremental construction land and protect the ecological resources.
