地面气象观测数据实时传输及质量控制程序实现

通过VB编程,研制了自动气象站地面气象观测数据实时传输及质量控制系统,替代了通信组网接口软件。不仅解决了备份拨号不通时,通信软件终止的问题,而且能对实时观测要素进行审核。文件未传输及数据异常时,通过Modem拨叫设定的移动电话报警,及时提醒值班人员进行处置。并与通信组网接口软件兼容,第6分钟还有文件未传输时,也可自启动通信组网接口软件。该软件最大限度地减少了自动站观测数据的缺测、异常情况,提高了资料的传输及时率。
