摘    要:本文所用资料主要是日本气象厅等单位于1966年7月10日一8月10日所收集的溫、盐度和溶解氧的观测資料,共75个测站。测站分布均匀且遍及24°—32°N的整个东海海域(图1c)。


A PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION ON DIVIDING THE WATER MASSES IN THE EAST CHINA SEA IN SUMMER BY USING THE COMPARISON ANALYSIS METHOD
Abstract:Data of temperature, salinity and disolved oxygen were obtained mainly from July 10 to August 10, 1966. Comprehensive analysis of the factor diagrams on sixteen standard layers and four sections shows there are nine water masses in the whole sea area, i. e., the Kuro-shio Surface Water, the Kuroshio Subsurface Water, the Kuroshio Central Water, the Kuro-shio Deep Water, the Continental Coastal Water, the Taiwan Warm Current Water, the Yellow Sea Water, the Tsushima Warm Current Water and the East China Sea Mixing Water, of which the first six water masses are the chief ones in this area. The paper has also investigated in detail the distribution characteristics of the every water mass.
