花管注浆在全充填采空区治理工程的应用

为规范采空区治理工程设计方案和施工工艺,杜绝因设计方案导致的治理质量隐患,结合《高速公路采空区(空洞)勘察设计与施工治理手册》,通过对各采空区治理工程试验段试验、检测统计分析,提出全充填压力注浆法设计、施工优化改进技术方案——浆液正循环花管注浆法。此法可完全消除冒落带和裂隙带通道堵塞、钻孔主通道封闭现象,彻底解决传统裸孔注浆法经常出现的注浆表观终止假象;可高压直接作用孔底和孔壁,有效突破煤柱边缘孔底通道;可完全解决注浆孔因堵塞、封闭等原因造成的报废事故,节约投资;提高浆液的充填率和结石率,能够安全有效保证治理质量。

Application of grouting through screen pipe in the completely-filled treatment of mined area
