九十年代GIS软件系统设计的思考

ＧＩＳ应用领域的拓宽与计算技术的进步，对ＧＩＳ的系统设计不断提出新的挑战。本文站在发展角度，讨论了矢－栅一体化的概念，数据结构的功能设计，ＳＱＬ语言局限性，面向对象技术的应用，ＧＩＳ全局检索以及ＧＩＳ智能化等问题，作者认为采用面向对象技术实现多数据类型的混合操作，是ＧＩＳ登越决策应用阶段的技术关键。

90's GIS SOFTWARE SYSTEM DESIGN CONSIDERATION

:Geographic information system(GIS) software system design is always fac ing the new challenge since the application extension of GIS and computer te chnology progress. From the development viewpoint, some problems was dis cussed in this papar which included; concept of vector and raster integration, data structure function design, the ability limitation of SQL, the application of object oriented technology,query strategy for whole database and artificial intelligence of GIS etc. Authors think, using, using object oriented technolo gy to reialize mixed operation muli-type data is the key for GIS to jump up the stage of making decision suporting.
