Xinjiang,an arid and semi-arid regions,water resources development and utilization can reasonably achieve in Xinjiang is the key to sustainable development.In this paper,in 2007 Xinjiang’s water resources utilization data,Xinjiang’s water resources development and utilization indicators analyzed,Set right and using analysis of the development of water resources in Xinjiang use to evaluate the extent,Conclusion use of water resources in Xinjiang is now at the primary level,but also showed some degree of disharmony,with the south and the east of Xinjiang,more prominent,mainly for water management structures and the lack of co-ordination.
