| Abstract: | This paper was introducing, by taking into account the case of system construction throughout the dynamic monitoring over the construction land of Henan as an example, the framework and designing function of the construction sites throughout the dynamic monitoring information system. The key technologies of the above system throughout the dynamic monitoring over the construction land were described also in this paper. |
