基于等级折算的补充耕地后备资源选择研究

耕地后备资源的选择直接影响着补充耕地项目的选址和补充耕地的质量,是补充耕地数量质量按等级折算工作的重要环节。以农用地分等成果中的利用等为基础,根据占用耕地的利用等别确定补充耕地的目标等别,参照土地开发整理项目的相关设计标准及土壤普查资料设定后备资源开发为耕地后各因素的状态,采用农用地分等中利用等的评价方法评定后备资源开发为耕地后的预期等别,以补充耕地目标等别与后备资源预期等别的对比关系为依据,提出了基于补充耕地数量质量按等级折算的补充耕地项目后备资源选择方法。
