广州市湿地资源现状与保护策略

广州市共有湿地86178.7hm2,占国土面积的11.6%。湿地类型有滨海、库塘、河流和湖泊湿地,分别占全市湿地面积的45.6%、41.7%、12.5%和0.2%。广州市湿地资源丰富,类型多样,面积大,利用广泛,是维系广州社会经济发展的重要自然资源,也是保证国土生态安全不可或缺的环境资源。然而,在湿地开发利用上仍存在着过度利用、人为破坏、立法滞后等问题,要加强湿地保护与合理利用,发挥湿地多种生态功能和社会经济价值,为广州经济社会可持续发展做出其应有贡献。

Current Status and Conservation Strategies of Wetland Resources in Guangzhou City

The total wetland area of Guangzhou City is 861,78.7 ha,accounting for 11.6% of the total land area of Guangzhou.Wetlands in Guangzhou include coastal wetland,pools and ponds,rivers and lakes,respectively accounting for 45.6%,41.7%,12.5% and 0.2% of the total wetland area of Guangzhou.Guangzhou city has rich and diverse wetland resources with different wetland types,large area and wide application,these wetland resources are important natural resources in Guangzhou,which supports social economic development in Guangzhou and also irreplaceable environmental resources for national ecological security.However,problems such as over exploitation,human disturbance,and poor legislation still exist in wetland development and utilization.Protection and rational utilization of wetland resources should be strengthened to elaborate various ecological functions and social and economic values of wetland.Wetlands of Guangzhou city are expected to play a more important role in and contribute to sustainable economic and social development in Guangzhou
