基于云架构的市级政务 GIS 平台研究

云计算是“智慧城市”建设的核心技术之一，而基于云架构的政务GIS则是电子政务建设的重要趋势。针对政务云GIS搭建面临的资源池化、异构兼容、网络部署等问题，本文提出了政务GIS云平台四层框架结构，详细阐述了支撑平台、信息资源和功能服务池化策略，讨论了多种情况下的异构资源兼容策略，并提出“内主外辅”的网络部署方案。

Research on the Municipal GIS Platform for Government Affairs Based on Cloud Computing Architecture

Cloud computing is one of the core technologies of the"smart city", and the e-government GIS based on cloud computing architecture is an important trend.To solve the problems of resource pooling, compatible, heterogeneous, network deployment and so on, this paper proposes the framework of e-government GIS platform including four layers, and discusses the pooling strategy of sup-port platform, information resource and the service of function.Then, the strategy of heterogeneous compatibility is discussed based on the analysis on the reason of heterogeneous, and this paper also proposes the deployment strategy:"the intranet as main, the extranet as auxiliary".
