福建省防震减灾指挥中心大厦基础隔震技术研究

摘    要:福建省防震减灾指挥中心大厦,约10000m2,主体结构为框架-剪力墙。该工程采用基础隔震技术设计,隔震层使用叠层钢板橡胶隔震支座。对该工程采用空间模型时程分析,并与实测的地震加速度进行对比,结果表明,该结构实现了“大震不坏”的设防目标;在较小的地震作用及风载作用中能保持稳定。本文的研究工作较为充分地证明了隔震技术在该工程中的使用是合适的。

Abstract:The area of the building of Fujian Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Center is about 10000m2.The principal structure includes frame-shear wall.The base-isolated technology is applied to the structure,and the laminated rubber bearings are used in isolated layer.From the time-history analysis of the spatial model for this structure and the actual measureed values of earthquake acceleration,we draw some results as follows.The structure can satisfy the objective of "undamaged in large earthquake";and keeps stable in minor earthquake and wind.Research in this paper proves that it's convenient to use base-isolation in this structure.
