摘    要:从科技进步在区域经济发展中的先导作用出发,通过对科技进步在区域经济发展中先导作用机理分析,阐明了科技产生、进步以及与经济发展融合、渗透、互为促进的过程。通过追踪国内外科技进步在区域经济发展中先导作用模式,为研究河南发展模式提供了背景和启示。在此基础上,通过深入调查研究、系统分析,提出了10种科技进步在河南经济发展中起先导作用的发展模式,为推动中原快速崛起提供科学依据。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism of leading role of the science and technology improvement in the regional economic development,this paper analysed the interaction process between the science-technology improvement and the economic development.By following the trail of the interaction model between the science-technology improvement and the regional economic development both in home and abroad,the paper has supplied us with background and enlightenments in the studying of the model of the Henan economic development.Finally the paper has put forward ten kinds of development models of the leading role of the science and technology improvement in the development of Henan economy through a thorough investigation and a systematical analysis and provides scientific foundations for the construction of innovatory Henan Province and the rapidly rising of the central plains of China.
