2007年宁洱6.4级地震震后社会影响调查的研究分析

通过对宁洱6.4级地震震后社会影响调查结果进行研究分析,得出社会学和地震科学相结合是探索防震减灾、地震应急、抢险救灾、恢复重建和最大限度减轻地震灾害对人类社会生活影响的最好方法,同时阐述了研究地震社会学对人类社会、经济、文化发展的重要意义,阐明我们不但要运用地震社会学的理论和方法来研究地震社会学的规律,而且还要运用地震社会学的理论和方法来研究地震对策问题,让社会科学来为防震减灾和地震应急服务,以此来不断推动地震社会学的发展和地震灾区社会调查的开展。

Post-earthquake Social Impact Survey of the 2007 Ning'er, Yunnan, Ms6.4 Earthquake

The survey results of the social impacts of the Ning'er MS6.4 earthquake were analyzed and studied after the event. It is thought that the combination of sociology with earthquake science is the best way to explore earthquake prevention and mitigation,earthquake emergency,rescue and relief,rehabilitation and reconstruction and reduce the influences of seismic disasters on human life. Meanwhile,the vital significance of studying seismosociology for human society,economy and cultural development has also been discussed in this paper. It is revealed that we not only need to study the seismosociology pattern using the theory and technique of seismosociology,but also study the earthquake countermeasures by the theory and technique,and let the social science serve for earthquake prevention and mitigation,and earthquake emergency,by which push the development of seismosociology and social survey in seismic disaster areas forward.
