| 摘 要： | 通过对乌拉特前旗48年（1961—2008年）出现的干旱、霜冻、干热风、大风等主要气象灾害的分析,给出了确定各气象灾害的指标,并对其基本特征、时间分布特点、历史演变规律进行了统计分析,在此基础上提出了气象防灾减灾对策。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the main meteorological disasters,such as drought,try hot wind,high wind,frost in 48 years（1961-2008）,the index of definitive meteorological disaster were given,and the basic characteristic,temporal distribution characteristic,historical evolution law were statistically analyzed.The countermeasure of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation were proposed on that basis. |
