| 摘 要： | 作为新兴大国,中国有必要参与全球矿产资源治理体系.全球矿业经济秩序存在垄断、收益分配不公平、贸易投资自由化受阻等问题,矿产资源领域的现有全球治理缺位错位,要通过树立联合国权威、国际法权威,加强国家间合作等方式构建矿产资源全球治理新格局.

| Abstract: | As an emerging power, it is necessary for China to participate in global governance system. There are some problems in the order of global mining economy, including monopoly, unfair distribution of income and obstacles to trade and investment liberalization. The omission and misplacement of the current global governance in the field of mineral resources should be corrected by establishing the authorities of the United Nations and international laws and improving cooperation between countries and etc. so as to establish a new pattern of global governance in the field of mineral resources. |
