| 摘 要： | 采用熵值法对陕西省1995-2004年的可持续发展能力进行了动态研究.结果表明:(1)陕西省可持续发展综合能力指数呈持续上升趋势,从1995年的0.0676上升到2004年的0.1374,说明陕西省可持续发展综合能力是可持续的.(2)各子系统间的可持续发展速率差异十分明显,区域发展水平、发展效率和发展潜力呈正向发展,并且区域发展水平增速最快;区域均衡度和开放度2个指标改善不大,并表现出不稳定性;区域发展协调度和调控度2个指标呈负向发展.为了推动陕西省全面发展,针对现有发展模式存在的问题,提出相应建议.
