摘    要:建立以新一代天气雷达为主的包括卫星、闪电、探空及稠密地面雨量站网的人工增雨技术监测网络,是气象事业现代化建设的任务之一。利用雷达的1 h降水量、回波高度、垂直积分液态水含量等资料,结合天气形势,大气层结状况等因子,采用Visual Basic语言研制人工增雨作业指挥系统。其主要功能包括干旱历史监测、作业条件分析、指挥决策、雷达现场跟踪及效果评估。实践表明,综合考虑回波强度、云顶高度、云中水汽含量、大气层结条件和有利的天气形势,对提高人工增雨作业效果具有积极的意义。

Abstract:According to the demands of meteorological modernization,the monitoring network of precipitation enhancement based primarily on the new generation weather radar was established.The network includes the satellite,lightning,radiosonde and the dense ground rain station sounding.In terms of the radar data of 1-hour precipitation,echo tops and vertical integrated liquid,combining weather situation and atmospheric stratification condition,the commanding system of rain enhancement was developed by using Visual Basic.The major functions of the system includes historic drought monitoring,analysis of operational conditions,commanding and decision-making,radar real-time tracking and effect evaluation.The practice shows that it can improve the effectiveness of rain enhancement operation by comprehensively considering echo reflectivity,cloud tops,liquid water content,atmospheric stratification condition and favorable synoptic patterns.
