| Abstract: | On the basis of field observation and measuring data, the authors discuss the types,distributing regularity and gemesos of geological disasters on the Northern Huashan predmont and its foreland plain. We think that the activity of Northern Huashan piedmont fault zone since Quaternary period makes the mountain highly uplift,which provide a favorable terrain condition for gravitatiotal geological hazard;the recent activity of the buried fault on the foreland plain is the main reason of ground cracking and sinking .Finally ,we make a synthetical analysis of geological hazard risk on the study area. |
