基于Web GIS的广西雷电实时监测系统

摘    要:以Web GIS技术为依托,将基础地理信息数据与闪电定位数据、雷达回波图相结合,建立了具有存储、应用、开发、分析及各种图形处理的INTERNET雷电定位实时监测系统,实现对闪电定位数据、雷达回波图的网络发布.系统可以对雷电天气发生发展进行实时监测、定位、跟踪并确定强雷电天气的落区,为各级气象台站预报员准确分析、判断、预报雷雨系统的移动及强度变化提供了较科学、直观的分析工具.

Abstract:Supported by the Web GIS techniques the basic geographical information data, the lightning-located data and the radar echo waves are combined. The purpose is to establish an internet system of the thunder positioning and real-time monitoring which has the functions of storage, application, analysis and graphic processing in order to realize the network-based promulgation for the lightning positioning data and the radar echo waves. The system can carry out the real-time monitoring, positioning and tracking of the occurrence and development of the thunder weather and locate the falling area of the heavy thunders in order to supply a scientific tool for the forecasters to analyze, judge and predict the movement and variance of the lightning storms.
