Prospects of Wave Energy and Wind Energy Resources

With the growing of environmental and energy crisis in the world, more attention are being paid on the new form energy, especially ocean energy. In this research, wave energy, offshore wind energy resources assessment method and the current developing and utilizing status were discussed. And, the categories of wave power devices, especially some advanced wave power devices home and abroad were introduced. The future of wave and wind power generation, as well as other measures to alleviate global energy crisis, were prospected.
