德州市地下水开采对生态环境的影响及对策

德州市人均水资源占有量243 m3,属于严重缺水地区,从上世纪八十年代至今,当地降水量处于相对枯水期,加之客水资源的不足,地下水越来越成为德州市工农业发展的重要水源。然而,对地下水的长期过量开采,造成德州市地下水水位大幅度下降,形成大面积地下水超采区,这不仅对当地生态环境产生了巨大危害,而且直接影响和改变了当地生态环境的状况。本文根据德州市地下水开采的现状及动态特征,分析了地下水资源超采的原因及对生态环境的影响,最后提出了合理开采地下水资源和保护生态环境的对策。
