| 摘 要： | 分析了城市规划电子报批两种实施思路的利弊，讨论了城市规划电子报批的基本实施模式。结合东莞市的实施情况，重点阐述了东莞市城市规划电子报批系统的设计思路、不同阶段最终需生成的表格及成果入库的数据库结构，最后指出了城市规划电子报批的实施对东莞市规划管理的重要意义。
