Abstract: | The maximal entropy and the final parameters of the expansive-creative evolution phase of the ultrastable Universe can be determined from model properties of the expansive nondecelerative Universe. The possibility of existence of primordial black holes with temperature of the Universe follows from the initial entropy of the Universe. This fact throws new light on the problem of dark matter. |
