地理信息本体论

地理信息本体论的研究对解决地理信息的建模、语义互操作、空间数据重用及共享、数据挖掘等问题，以及对地理信息系统的智能化、网络化和大众化发展有变革性的意义，但目前国际上很少对地理信息本体论进行全面系统的阐述。笔者查阅大量国际相关研究成果和学术报告，总结了地理信息本体论的概念、研究现状及其研究的必要性，重点探讨地理信息本体论研究的核心问题及其构建的主要方法。

Geo-ontology

Researches on Geo-ontology will have revolutionary significances for problems on geographical information modeling,semantic interoperability,spatial data reuse,data sharing and mining,as well as the development of intelligent and popular network GIS.But by far,few documents that dissertate Geo-ontology fully and systematically can be found in international magazines.On the basis of mastering and analyzing the related international up-to-date documents and reports,the authors summarize the concept and connotation of Geo-ontology,the status and necessity of this research,especially probe into the Geo-ontology central problems and its construction methods,so as to provide some reference for further researches on Geo-ontology.
