| Abstract: | Earthquake emergency commanding system is an important part of National Public Security Platform. Earthquake emergency commanding technical system is responsible for providing technical support of earthquake emergency commanding service for the central and local governments. Based on the China Digital Seismological Observation Network Project, several key techniques and their application in construction of national earthquake emergency commanding technology system are concluded and summarized in this paper. |
