国家地震应急指挥技术系统建设中的关键技术及应用

摘    要:
地震应急指挥系统是国家公共安全平台的一个重要组成部分,同时也是地震应急指挥技术系统为国家与各级地方政府进行地震应急指挥服务的专业技术支持系统。本文以数字观测网络项目为背景,全面归纳和总结了国家地震应急指挥技术系统建设中的关键技术及具体应用。

Abstract:
Earthquake emergency commanding system is an important part of National Public Security Platform. Earthquake emergency commanding technical system is responsible for providing technical support of earthquake emergency commanding service for the central and local governments. Based on the China Digital Seismological Observation Network Project, several key techniques and their application in construction of national earthquake emergency commanding technology system are concluded and summarized in this paper.
