| 摘 要： | 本试验应用纤维素酶对纤维素的降解，可以提高鱼类对粗纤维的利用率，促进养分的良好消化吸收的机理，将浮萍作为辅料与"菜籽饼"等饲料配比发酵养殖巴西鲷，适应其杂食性偏植物性的需要，主养巴西鲷越冬种396尾.经过144d养殖，产成鱼223.7kg，投入与产出比为13.18，取得了较好的经济效益.

| Abstract: | This paper reports an experiment of Prochilodus scrofa aquaculture. The experiment is based on the mechanism of raising utilization rate of the fishes to coarse fibre and promoting the digestion-absorbtion of the nutrient due to the decomposion of the cellulose by cellulose enzyme.Feeding P. scrofa with fermented feed assisted materials made of duckweeds and mixed "Caizibing" i.e. a cake-shape dregs of the seeds of Brassica juncea after extraction oil fat, so as to be suit the needs of the omnivorous and partiality for a particular kind of food plant. 396 individuals of P. scrofa species survived the winter were bred and, the adult fishes of 223.7kg were produced after the aquaculture times of 144d. The ratio of input to output reached 1: 3.18 and a butter economic benefit had been obtained. |
