| 摘 要： | 河南省通过10年的农业综合开发实践,使试验示范区的建设取得了显著的生态、经济和社会效益。主要开发措施有:在项目区建立健全了农业技术推广体系,多渠道、多层次筹措开发资金,引入竞争激励机制调动科研人员的积极性,建立高标准试验示范园区,这样充分发挥了农业科技对农业增长的贡献作用。

| Abstract: | The practices of technique extension and comprehensive development for 10 years has gained notable ecological,economic and social benefits in the experimental and demonstration regions of Henan province.The major measures included:establishing and improving agricultural extension systems,raising money for project through various channels,arousing initiative of scientific research personnel through competition and encouragement,giving full play of agricultural extension contributing to the increase of agricultural income. |
