| 摘 要： | 郑东新区是一个新规划的城区,在城市建设的同时进行信息化建设将比其它城市具有更大的优势和发展机遇。文章探讨了数字郑东新区的总体框架、空间基础设施、标准体系建设,以及在信息化建设中的重点电子工程。并提出了加强组织体系建设、制订信息化战略、加强信息安全保障、完善融资体系等保障措施。

| Abstract: | As a new programmed city, the Digital Zhengdong New District has more advantages and development opportunities on the information construction during the city construction, compared with other cities. The article discusses the collective frame of "Digital Zhongdong New District": the space basic installation, the construction of criterion system, and the important electronic projects during the information construction; In addition, puts forward some measures such as reinforcing the construction of organizational system, planning the information strategy, reinforcing the safeguaed of information security, and improving the system of circulating necessary funds. |
