| 摘 要： | 这篇文章分析了 GIS 属性数据库中传统关系数据模型所存在的问题;介绍了面向目标数据模型的基本概念;探讨了利用面向目标语言Hyper Talk 和关系数据库管理系统Oracle 的结合实现这种模型的可能性。按这种方式建立的地理属性数据库的原型表明,它可以克服传统的关系数据模型所存在的某些问题,提高数据库的效率。

| Abstract: | This paper has analysed the relational date models and their problems; introducedthe basic concepts of the object-oriented data models and discussed an object-orienteddatabase prototype based on HyperTalk and Oracle for the attribute data in GIS. Theresult has shown that it could solve some problems in relational data models of tradi-tion and improve the efficiency for manipulating database. |
