钢纤维混凝土隧道衬砌力学行为模型试验研究

摘    要:文章通过相似模型试验,研究了钢纤维混凝土材料应用于隧道支护结构的力学行为。试验通过千斤顶逐级加载的方式,得到支护结构整个力学行为过程中与围岩之间的接触压力、变形发展规律及其裂后承载能力。通过与传统素混凝土支护结构相比,钢纤维混凝土具有良好的承载和变形能力,是一种理想的柔性支护材料。

Modelling Experiments and Studies on Tunnel Lining of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Abstract:By similar model test, this paper intends to study the mechanical behavior of tunnel support structure, for which the steel fiber reinforced concrete provides material. During the process of the whole model test, method of loading jacks step by step is adopted to obtain the contact pressure between support structure and the surrounding rocks, law of deformation and development, and the carrying capacity after cracking. Besides, by comparing with the support structure of the traditional concrete, it can be concluded that steel fiber reinforced concrete is a kind of ideal flexible supporting material with good carrying and deformable capacities.
