| 摘 要： | 从剖析东北地区的发展历史入手,指出东北工业基地的振兴关键在于转变观念,加强改革开放。着眼于全球化经济和东北所具的独特区位优势,提出应重新评估东北地区的国际战略地位,适时把握信息业发展和产业现代化所带来的机遇,促进东北地区产业的振兴,并及时制订东北地区的总体规划,谋求该地区的城乡一体化发展。

| Abstract: | To change development notion and strengthen reform and opening-up is the key to revive the Northeast industry base in China. In order to fulfill the above goal, we should re-evaluate the strategic role of northeast China according to the trend of industry globalization and her unique location advantage, promote her industries greatly by seizing the opportunities due to industry modernization and information industry development, and make a master plan for the region in order to seek a harmonized urban-rural development. |
