北大西洋公约组织新的地缘政治战略及我国的对策

冷战结束以来，北约在安全思想上经历了从原有通过强化军事机器到通过加强协调、消除危机、增进社会稳定等非暴力手段为重点来实现国防安全的转变。从地域空间上讲，通过建立受北约控制的、具有一定空间层次结构的欧亚大西洋安全区等方式完成北约“东扩”乃至全球化。为了消除北约“东扩”给我国地缘政治环境带来的影响，我们应该加快祖国统一步伐、极大地增强综合国力，在发展与周边国家睦邻友好关系、建立合作机制的基础上，发展与世界各国的关系，建立有利于我国国防安全的地缘政治环境。

NATO's New Geopolitical Strategy and the Countermeasures of China

This paper describes the change of NATO's security idea form the consolidation of military power to the contact among the NATO's members and the elimination of social crisis. By the establishment of the Euro-atlantic security region with the spatial structure NATO should be expanded to East Europe and even should be globalized. The countermeasures of China are discussed about the acceleration of the unitization of our motherland and economic development,the improvement of the relationship with our neighbouring countries, the establishment of regional cooperative organization and the improvement of political, economic and military cooperation with all countries in the world.
