| 摘 要： | 本文在现有地籍GIS的基础上,引入时态概念,重点介绍了建立动态地籍GIS过程中,宗地数据模型的建立、数据质量控制,并在此基础上开发的动态地籍GIS平台。反映了地籍要素中宗地变更的时续性和动态性,实现了宗地的历史追踪。
