摘    要:城市河涌综合整治和污染减排是我国城市发达地区面临的紧迫任务.选择广州市番禺区污染严重的市桥河流域为研究对象,对河涌综合整治和污染减排进行综合探讨.在分析市桥河流域自然环境、社会经济、水质现状评价和污染源摸查的基础上,提出布局减排、结构减排、管理减排和工程减排措施;认为在市桥河流域综合整治过程中除综合运用工程的、技术的、生态的方法进行整治外,还应强化环境社会学理论的运用,重点探讨政府、企业、市民、传媒等利益相关者在城市水环境污染与治理中的角色、作用及相互之间的互动与整合,为城市重污染河涌综合整治和流域水污染减排提供科学依据.
