| 摘 要： | 长株潭"3+5"城市群是湖南省区域经济发展要培育的新的城市群地域单元,研究其产业结构问题对促进其发展具有现实意义,对中部地区其他城市群的发展也有借鉴意义.通过采用偏离份额分析法,以湖南省和全国的三次产业结构为参照系,对长株潭"3+5"城市群的产业结构现状进行分析,发现该城市群整体的结构效益与产业竞争力略优于全省水平,但优势度不明显,而相对于全国水平,表现出明显的落后;该城市群8个城市中,只有长沙市在产业结构效益和产业竞争力2个方面均处于优势地位,株洲和湘潭两市的主要问题是产业竞争力不强,其他五市不仅产业结构落后,而且产业竞争力也不强.基于此,最后提出了该城市群调整和优化产业结构的建议.
