济宁城区地面沉降监测管理系统设计与开发

摘    要:城市地面沉降成为十大地质灾害之一。根据济宁城区地面沉降历史与现状,结合当前济宁市城市沉降基岩标建设和地面沉降监测预警研究,以GIS、数据库、测量、无线通讯等技术为支撑,建立了济宁城区地面沉降监测管理系统。通过监测数据自动化接收、数据处理与分析、报表生成、预警预报等模块设计,实现了地面沉降实时监测,为城市地面沉降研究提供基础数据,为政府超前决策、提前布防提供技术依据。

Abstract:Land subsidence in urban area is one of the ten most serious geologic hazards. Based on the study of history and current situation of land subsidence, combining with the construction of the bedrock benchmark of land subsidence and the study of land subsidence monitoring and warning, land subsidence monitoring system of urban area in Jining cit has been built by using GIS, database, measurement and communication technologies. Through automatic receiving of the monitoring data, data processing and diagnosis/analysis, report generation and the design of the monitoring module, real time monitoring of land subsidence can be realized. It will not only provide basic data for the study of land subsidence, but also provide technical fundament for making advanced decision and prevention coutermeasures for the government.
