摘    要:本文对核行业标准方法“沥青铀矿、晶质铀矿的年龄测定方法”进行了改进。主要采用同位素稀释高分辨等离子体质谱法(HR-ICP-MS)测定铀矿物中的铀含量,提高了测量的准确度,提高了分析速度。此外,改进了铀铅分离流程,降低了全流程本底,大大减小了样品用量,提高了TIMS法测定铅同位素组成的准确度。

Abstract:In this study, ID-HR-ICP-MS was used to detect the content of uranium in pitchblende, and a new separation method was employed to separate uranium from lead. With the measures adopted, the speed of determination was improved, and the amount of sample and the blank of procedure were greatly reduced.
